Mandy has spent her nearly 25-year career in the market research industry and has been with Element Market Research since its inception 15 years ago. She serves clients across a wide array of research areas, focusing primarily on health-related businesses, TV and media, and the hospitality industry. She designs and manages studies in brand awareness, satisfaction research, message tracking, product & service optimization, logo testing, and segmentation.
As Element’s report automation specialist, she plays a key role in the company’s deliverable development process. A testament to her consistent quality and customer service, she has developed long-standing relationships with several clients who continue to call on her whether they are doing a follow-up wave of a study she designed or want to bounce a new research question off her.
Mandy lives with her husband and four children in Platteville, Wisconsin. She enjoys exercising, watching movies, and attending her children’s soccer, basketball, and softball games. She is an active and long-time supporter of the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, serves as the registrar for the local soccer club, and is a mentor to young moms via MOPS International.
