A graduate of the University of Kentucky with both a BBA and an MBA in marketing, Shannan has nearly 20 years of experience designing and executing primary market research studies for clients across a wide range of industries.
In addition to co-founding Element and overseeing the company’s operations, Shannan enjoys working directly with clients on all aspects of the research process. An excellent writer, Shannan is particularly strong in the area of survey development. As Element’s chief methodologist, Shannan has put a lot of effort into fine tuning Element’s approach to assessing websites, digital media campaigns, and customer relationship management programs. She also leads the company’s efforts to provide a turnkey method for evaluating peer-to-peer relationships between pharmaceutical/biopharm field-based personnel and key opinion leaders/investigators.
Shannan enjoys neighborhood walks with her husband and dog, trying new restaurants with groups of friends, bargain hunting, Zumba classes, and traveling for any reason. She has a passion for serving the poor in Bolivia and makes annual trips to Santa Cruz to support the work of several service organizations.
