Shannan is a co-founder of Element, oversees the company’s operations, and enjoys working directly with clients to design and execute all phases of the research process.
An excellent writer, Shannan is particularly strong in the area of survey design. With more than 20 years of experience working as a primary research supplier to pharmaceutical clients, Shannan has built a number of decades-long partnerships with pharmaceutical companies who rely on her as a source of expertise for obtaining ongoing actionable insights. She currently focuses much of her research on evaluating pharmaceutical medical affairs teams, communications, and strategy.
When not at work, Shannan likes to spend time salsa dancing, bargain hunting, taking Zumba classes, and traveling for any reason. She serves on the Board of her local church, enjoys volunteering with a variety of non-profits and has made many trips to Latin America to support the work of Compassion International.
